Requirements
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded, and future-focused GTM Operations & AI Enablement leader to join our award-winning agency and report directly into the Managing Director, APJ.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for operational excellence, integrated activation strategy, AI enablement, and the evolution of our sales and marketing activation ecosystem across the region.
The role sits at the intersection of:
- Operations
- Media and marketing activation
- Sales enablement
- AI transformation
- Data and intelligence
- Commercial effectiveness
You will lead the operational infrastructure that powers integrated go-to-market activation across APJ, ensuring our media, marketing, sales and client marketing teams operate in a connected, intelligent and scalable way.
This is not a traditional operations role.
We are looking for someone who understands that the future of activation is:
- AI-powered, insight-led, operationally integrated and commercially accountable.
