As a Therapeutic Area (TA) Lead within the Decision Sciences team at CD&A; India, you will serve as the single point of accountability for all marketing analytics delivery for your assigned TA(s). You will partner closely with U.S.-based CD&A; investment and media teams to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that directly inform brand, access, and omnichannel strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and modeling solutions—including predictive models, patient analytics,



alert systems, measurement frameworks, and experimentation design—for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Partner with investment and media analytics teams to align analytical priorities with brand strategies, business needs, and launch goals.
- Integrate analytics from multiple domains into cohesive insights that support both strategic and tactical decision making.
- Ensure alignment of methodologies, model documentation, and insight narratives with CD&A; standards for quality, reproducibility, and transparency.
- Collaborate with engineering and capability teams to operationalize models, establish performance monitoring, and ensure scalability of analytic solutions.
- Translate technical model outputs into actionable business stories for U.S. stakeholders, influencing data-driven brand decisions.
- Mentor L5 and L4 data scientists working on TA-aligned projects; ensure effective prioritization, delivery governance
