About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and drive strategic marketing initiatives in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead brand positioning, market penetration, and business growth initiatives
- Identify new market opportunities within the renewable energy sector
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee digital, offline, and B2B marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, product,
and leadership teams for integrated planning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns
- Build strategic partnerships and industry networks
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Education: BA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years (mandatory)
- Industry Experience: Renewable Energy (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in handling senior-level marketing roles
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15 – ₹18 LPA (based on interview performance)
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day
- Extra benefits as per company policy
