As a Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across diverse, multidisciplinary projects. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will lead design coordination, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure adherence to global standards and best practices. This position is ideal for professionals with advanced technical knowledge and a strong passion for innovation within the built environment.
Your role
- Lead architectural design and coordination across disciplines including MEP, structural, landscape, and other sub consultants.
- Deliver design packages aligned with global standards and quality benchmarks.
- Interpret business and project requirements to recommend best practices and challenge the status quo.
- Collaborate with remote and cross-functional teams to evolve ways of working.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation and support site supervision as needed.
- Contribute to project management, stakeholder engagement, and client presentations.




- Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the practice.
Project Tools:
- Proven experience in architectural design and delivery within infrastructure or buildings & places sectors.
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bentley-MicroStation.
- Familiarity with rendering tools and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED).
- Robust understanding of BIM coordination.
- Ability to work independently and lead functional teams when required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .About you
- Good ability to read and understand drawings with respect to its orientations and information content etc. Competent to produce detailed information in the drawings with minimal supervision.
- Competent to annotate the drawing with proper notes and specification clauses provided. Be able to produce mark up and comments for the juniors. Regular coordination discussion with team and other
