Job Description:

-Over 15 years of comprehensive experience, covering all phases of construction from excavation to finishing and handover.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years in any organization.Preferably one project per project manager for large scale projects.
- BE- Civil with Min 15 years exp in real estate as a project manager, Must have experience in the construction of high-rise buildings (over 100 meters) for both commercial and residential sectors
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage the budget and estimate costs
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
- Check & ensure quality of work at site as per construction checklist
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
- Prepare reports regarding job status
- Resolve any problems that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Evaluate risks
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
- Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
- Plan construction operations
