Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy HR Associate who will play a critical role in driving hiring efficiency by managing initial screening, quality shortlisting, and end-to-end recruitment for operations roles, while ensuring solid conversion ratios and seamless onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can balance both volume hiring and quality control.
Conduct first-level screening calls/interviews to assess candidate fit
- Evaluate candidates on:
- Role fit
- Communication skills
- Cultural alignment
Share qualified and relevant profiles with the Recruiter team for further rounds
2. Daily Shortlisting Targets
Ensure a minimum of
- 10 qualified shortlisting per day (for Sales & Design roles)
- Maintain quality over quantity while achieving daily targets
4. Quality & Conversion Ownership
- Ensure at least 50% of shortlisted candidates move to final selection stage
- Continuously improve screening quality and candidate fitment
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine selection criteria
5. Recruitment Operations & Onboarding
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth offer rollout and follow-ups
- Manage pre-joining engagement and documentation
- Drive seamless onboarding experience for new hires
