Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute FastSpice-based verification (PrimeSim / FineSim / SpectreFx) for DRAM and HBM critical timing sign-off within assigned scope.
- Perform full-chip and block-level analog SPICE simulations and analysis across PVT corners and speed grades.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon designs to identify and resolve functional and timing issues.
- Develop and maintain SPICE and mixed-signal testbenches at block and full-chip levels.
- Create test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
- Run regressions, analyze results, and drive verification closure.
- Collaborate with cross-geo teams (US, Japan, Mexico) to execute verification plans and align on technical issues.
- Document verification results and contribute to continuous improvement of verification methodologies.
E3-Level Expectations
- Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned verification tasks and deliverables.
- Work independently on complex verification problems with minimal supervision.
- Apply sound technical judgment to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to existing verification flows and methodologies.
