- Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective search strategies.
- Consult with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Engineering to understand and establish business priorities and success factors; present findings and recommendations; document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
- Conduct business research, understand the business rules, share results with stakeholders, and collaborate across different business areas to identify key metrics for success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continually drive improvements in existing business processes and strive to develop recent ones to improve efficiency
- Streamline the Learner onboarding process and enhance the Learner experience through collaboration across business areas, with appropriate analysis and research
