ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Platforms team. In this role you will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Security Operations (SecOps) product lines. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable, and high-quality platform solutions that drive operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop,



and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Build and maintain IT product modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps.
- Develop and customize Service Portal components, widgets, and pages using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and client-side scripting.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML-based web services.
- Write reusable, componentized JavaScript code following platform best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and deliver work within defined sprint cycles.
- Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.
