Description
- The Compliance Monitoring and Testing Official will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on compliance monitoring and testing programs across the bank.
- This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights on compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing plans.
- Continuous monitoring of the implementation of various regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thematic reviews, transaction testing, and control assessments across business lines.
- Identify gaps in processes, controls, and regulatory adherence, and recommend remediation.




- Interpret and apply relevant RBI regulations, banking laws.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on monitoring programs.
- Prepare transparent, concise reports for senior management and the Board, highlighting risks and recommendations.
- Escalate significant compliance issues promptly and track remediation.
- Collaborate with business units, risk management, and internal audit to strengthen the compliance environment.
- Enhance monitoring methodologies, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Graduate/ Post Graduate
