Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Team Manager – Managing the team responsible for Non-liability (Fire, Engg, Marine, Terrorism etc.) Facultative placements with re-insurers.
- Handling of Special Acceptances (Treaty referrals) with Reinsurer.
- Reconciliation of various Reinsurance registers accurately and timely.
- Claim intimations/ Data Preparation/ Analysis of data.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audit processes.
- Drive automation of workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Postgraduate preferably in General insurance domain.
- III qualifications

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 year of hands-on experience with Commercial Lines products.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong exposure to General Insurance products (Commercial Lines) is mandatory.
- Excellent interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Robust command of MS Excel, Word, and Presentation tools.
