Job Description:

Process Engineer (PE) – Automotive Camera Module
- Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting the development, optimization, stabilization, and quality improvement of Automotive Camera Module manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process capability, yield improvement, process stability, customer quality, NPI introduction, problem solving, and continuous improvement from pilot build through mass production.
- Key Job Responsibilities
- Process Development & Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, define process parameters and process windows, and establish effective process controls to ensure reliable production and consistent product quality.
- Process Yield & Defect Improvement: Monitor process yield, FTT, scrap and rework; analyze process defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Process Capability & Statistical Control: Monitor CTQ characteristics and apply SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA / Gage R&R;, DOE and statistical analysis to reduce process variation and improve process capability.




- PFMEA & Process Documentation: Create and maintain Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, WI and related process documents; identify process risks and establish appropriate controls.
- NPI & Mass Production Introduction: Support prototype, trial run, pilot run, process validation and mass production ramp-up; work with R&D; to review manufacturability and ensure process readiness.
- Quality Support: Support process-related quality issues, customer complaints, 8D problem solving, customer audits, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Automotive Quality Support: Support APQP, PPAP, engineering changes, process validation, and other automotive quality requirements related to manufacturing processes.
- Process Improvement & Cost Reduction: Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects, scrap, rework and manufacturing cost, and improve process efficiency and stability.
