The Chance
We're looking for a Lead Architect for EPM platforms to join our growing delivery team in India. We need an experienced manager to join this hands-on and client-facing role where you'll own the full lifecycle of sales planning , EPM implementations, from discovery and solution architecture through configuration, team management, project delivery, and go-live.
You'll serve as the technical and architectural lead on engagements for global clients, guiding a team of model builders while shaping best-practice solutions in a niche that is rapidly growing and highly valued in the market. You will also be accountable for a team of consultants and will be the main point of contact with our clients.
This role is ideal for a leader who wants to:

What You'll Do
Client Delivery & Solution Development
- Architect and oversee the design and configuration of business solutions on cloud EPM platforms (such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent) covering territory planning, quota management, incentive compensation, FP&A;, and sales analytics
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions; translate complex business needs into architecture decisions and functional specifications
- Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments
- Own UAT cycles, issue escalation, and go-live readiness activities; act as the primary point of accountability for solution quality
- Contribute to client-facing deliverables including process document
