Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Italian Chef/CDP in preparation of Italian dishes
- Help in making pasta, pizza, sauces, salads, and appetizers
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Prepare ingredients like chopping vegetables, marination, and sauce preparation
- Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety standards
- Ensure timely preparation and support during service hours
- Handle basic cooking and plating as per instructions
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensil cleanliness
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Italian kitchen (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Hardworking, disciplined, and team player
