Position Overview:

Anaqua is expanding its development capability in Hyderabad to support and accelerate the evolution of the RightHub platform. We are looking for a solid, delivery-focused Product Owner to work locally with the Hyderabad engineering team and act as the day-to-day product partner for development squads building and enhancing the RightHub platform.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge product strategy and engineering execution. The Product Owner will translate product direction, customer needs, roadmap priorities, and platform requirements into clear, actionable backlog items for the engineering team. They will work closely with global Product Managers and Product Leadership to ensure the Hyderabad team understands not only what needs to be built, but why it matters.

Experience in intellectual property management software, legal technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or workflow-heavy platforms is highly valuable, but not required. More important is the ability to learn a complex domain, communicate clearly, manage detail,



and help engineering teams deliver high-quality software. Proficiency in AI automation using agents is a big plus.

- Own and manage the product backlog for one or more RightHub engineering squads in Hyderabad.
- Translate roadmap priorities, product requirements, customer needs, and stakeholder input into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure backlog items are clear, refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Work with Product Managers and Product Leadership to understand strategic priorities and convert them into executable delivery plans.
- Balance new feature development, technical improvements, customer commitments, defects, and platform modernization work.
