Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant floor operations and guest handling
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar team
- Supervise stewards/waiters and assign duties
- Ensure timely service and maintain service quality standards
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup as per standards
- Support billing process and ensure accurate order punching
- Ensure restaurant SOPs and hygiene standards are followed
Requirements:
- Experience as Captain in hotel/restaurant preferred
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Positive knowledge of food menu and service procedures
- Team handling skills and leadership quality
- Smart personality and professional behavior
