Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing RMM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing RMM environments, particularly ConnectWise Automate,
who is eager to expand their expertise into NinjaOne (NinjaRMM).
The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with outstanding communication skills and a skilled consulting presence. You will work directly with clients, participate in discovery and consulting calls, provide technical guidance, and help drive automation and operational efficiency across managed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary SME for RMM platforms and endpoint management solutions.
- Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize ConnectWise Automate environments.
- Learn and become proficient in NinjaOne (NinjaRMM) to support current and future client engagements.
- Participate in client-facing consulting, discovery, and technical strategy calls.
