As a member of our Ground Staff team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, security checks, and boarding procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while they are on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
- Handle baggage and assist with loading and unloading onto aircraft
- Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules,
delays, and other inquiries
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
