Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (5-8 years) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our DevOps ecosystem.
In this role, you will drive automation, scalability, and reliability across infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines. You will partner closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to streamline development workflows, enhance deployment processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Tooling
- Design,



develop, and maintain automation tools and internal platforms that support workflows for industry‑leading CAD software.
- Build and enhance scripts, frameworks, and deployment tooling to optimize development and operations.

CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ensuring reliable, repeatable, and rapid delivery cycles.
- Improve build, test, and deployment automation for high‑scale engineering environments.

Monitoring & Observability
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Cloud‑native tools).
- Ensure proactive detection, diagnosis, and resolution of performance issues.

Incident & Reliability Engineering
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive post‑mortem reviews.
