PURPOSE OF JOB

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Support Engineer to provide technical support for ATM and payment applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills across frontend/UI, Android applications, and ATM transaction systems, along with the ability to support on-field installations and client operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and troubleshoot frontend/UI and console-related issues across applications.
- Provide Android application support including installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Analyze ATM transaction flows and perform troubleshooting using EJ logs and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and support payment transaction processing and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings for recurring issues.
- Support production systems during rotational on-call shifts.
- Travel to client/ATM sites for installation, deployment, maintenance, and support activities as required.




- Ensure timely incident resolution and maintain high service quality standards.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust understanding of frontend troubleshooting and UI/console issue identification.
- Experience in Android app installation, configuration, and basic support activities.
- Knowledge of ATM domain concepts including:

EJ log analysis
Payment transaction flows
Transaction reconciliation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and environments.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with payment protocols and switch integrations.
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as:

Splunk
ELK Stack
Kibana
- Basic SQL knowledge for transaction validation and data verification.
