Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on job requirements.
- Utilize job portals and recruitment platforms to source and assess potential candidates.
- Research and analyze industry trends to improve hiring strategies.
- Support the hiring process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.




- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize AI-driven recruitment workflows.

Requirements
- Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of various industries and their hiring needs.
- Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruitment environment.
