What you'll do:
- Source, screen, and close top-tier engineering and product talent for our AI platform
- Implement and manage our ATS, optimize recruiting workflows, and build scalable hiring processes
- Represent Arbor to candidates - you're often their first impression of our company
- Conduct initial screens, coordinate technical interviews,



and manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Build talent pipelines for key roles, especially senior engineering positions
- Handle basic HR operations: onboarding new hires (including IT management), payroll coordination, and employee documentation

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years recruiting for early-stage startups, ideally in AI/ML or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record sourcing senior engineers (fullstack, AI/ML, backend) and product roles
- Experience with up-to-date recruiting tools and ATS platforms
- Strong communicator who can sell our vision to skeptical senior candidates
- Data-driven approach to optimizing recruiting funnels and processes
- Experience with basic HR operations and payroll systems a plus
