As a Functional Analyst, you will…
- Assist in troubleshooting issues on internal and customer environments
- Own unit and regression testing to ensure that the partner solution functions properly with our core product
- Support partner software in alignment with the product team and customer requirements
- Lead and organize meetings and workshops with the partner
- Closely work together with the project and support delivery teams
- Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
- Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution
- Take ownership of the assigned modules and interact with other team members
- Identify best practices, standards, and regulations
- Contributes to the further evolution of the Itineris standard solutions
- Participate in the progress meetings within internal and external teams and proactively identify risk areas
- Apply your expertise to deliver high quality consulting services to new and existing customer
- Continuously develop and extend your knowledge within the utility market
