We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the development and implementation of software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
- Perform business process analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.




- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
- Support the testing, validation, and user acceptance of software solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to address feedback and issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
