You’ll be selling Engage (engage.cmss.in), our enterprise employee engagement platform, to HR and L&D; leaders at mid-to-large organizations. This is a relationship-led, consultative sales role with longer sales cycles. You’ll be running discovery calls, building business cases for HR stakeholders, coordinating demos, and managing multi-stakeholder deals through to close.
What You’ll Do
· Own a pipeline of enterprise prospects from qualification through close for Engage.
· Run discovery calls to understand HR/people-ops pain points and map them to Engage’s feature set.
· Build ROI narratives and business cases tailored to HR and CXO stakeholders.
· Coordinate with the Engage Product and Customer Success teams for demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept rollouts.
· Manage longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with patience and structure.
· Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
· MBA (any tier, work-experience-first cohort preferred) – freshers are welcome.
· Pre-MBA work experience in a technology company (engineering, tech support, product, or similar) – minimum 1–2 years.
· Solid written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
· Genuine interest in enterprise/B2B sales and building long-term client relationships.
Nice to Have
· Prior exposure to HR-tech, people-ops, or workplace software.
· Experience navigating long sales cycles or managing client relationships before pursuing an MBA.
