We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our human resources team at our corporate headquarters in Bengaluru. This is a full time, onsite position, and responsible for recruiting development, predictive strategy, reporting, planning and operations for recruiting and hiring top talent.

A typical day as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) includes:

Recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation, and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, championing a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through performance management, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Most importantly having fun while performing the above and ensuring everyone around is having fun at work too
