Job Description:

1) Responsible for the Service, Warranty & Spares
of the Kerala Dealers (North & Central)
2) Dealer Technician Training
3) Responsible for Spares sales and inventory control
4) Warranty management
5) PGO development and training
6) Dealer Service Station activation & infrastructure
development and upgradation
7) Dealer tools & equipments auditing
8) Secondary Service network (ASC) development
9) Product analyzing and submitting regular reports
10) Customer complaint managing
11) Legal/CDRF cases handling

Requirements :

Academic Qualification: BE (Automobile/ Mech Engg)
Tech Qualification: MS Office, computer & internet knowledge
Specialization Required: Automobile field
Experience: 2 - 3 Years experience in Automobile
Field. EV experience is preferred
Communication Skills: English & Malayalam is must and Hindi communication is preferred .
Should be willing to travel 15 20 days in a month.
