We are hiring a MIS Executive in Gandhinagar.

Position: MIS Executive

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Preferred Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of data from multiple sources.
- Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to management.

Excel-Based Data Analysis:
- Use advanced Excel functions like HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting to process data efficiently.
- Create and manage dashboards to visually represent key metrics.

Database Maintenance:
- Update and manage the master database, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel macros or other tools.

Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Identify discrepancies in data and suggest corrective actions.

Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather accurate data and reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.

- Identify gaps in data management processes and recommend improvements.
- Support the development of tools to streamline reporting systems.
