Job Summary
The Sales Manager at ICG Medical is responsible for overseeing recruitment and business development for hospitals, long-term care facilities,



and care homes in the Australian market. They are primarily focused on driving business development and managing tender processes. The Sales Manager leads high-performing healthcare recruitment teams to provide swift, precise, and compliant talent solutions to clients. Additionally, the role involves direct client engagement and carries overall accountability for the performance and delivery of the local recruitment teams. In this role, the Sales Manager is also tasked with developing and executing strategic plans to expand ICG Medical’s market presence and secure recent business opportunities. This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and crafting proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and capabilities.
