As a Project Coordinator (PC) with Assessment & Qualifications, your role will involve coordinating various activities related to events and projects. You will work closely with selected sites to ensure smooth execution of testing processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Coordinating with test sites for receiving necessary documents and information- Managing audits, dispatch, and reverse pick-up of equipment and materials- Overseeing installation, training schedules, and reports- Handling invoicing and closure activities- Addressing telephonic queries from test centers and clients- Collaborating with different functions within PVUE for event coordination- Working with the project team on site readiness, daily reports, and exam delivery- Liaising with the marketing team for dispatches and vendor coordination- Coordinating with the quality team for surveillance activities- Facilitating training sessions for test center staff and PVUE personnel- Managing administrative tasks related to material requirements and dispatch- Providing technology support as needed for test centers- Generating project-specific reports for distribution to stakeholders- Compiling learnings and recommendations post-event for sharing with clientsOperational aspects of the PC position include:- Working hours from 8 am to 8 pm with 6 days working and rotational offs- Being available over the phone between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for urgent requirements- Reporting to the Event Manager for all projects- Setting up a dedicated PC desk for internal and external coordinationTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)- Strong customer handling abilities- Proficiency in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities- Effective time management skills- Experience in telecalling and counsellingPlease note that this is a contractual position for 8 months initially.
