As a Quality Analyst 2 at our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. Your role involves identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, and making recommendations. You will research and interpret factual information, identify inconsistencies in data, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. Your impact will be limited but direct on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided, primarily within your own team.Key Responsibilities:- Review performance over time and calculate/analyze performance trends- Partner with business and/or training to identify performance issues; independently develop performance improvement tools- Recommend specific action steps to improve quality- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and formulate policies that have limited but direct impact on the business- Provide judgments and recommendations to management based on quality reviews- Ensure work output is consistent and achieves the required quality standard by maintaining attention to detail and adherence to organizational processesQualifications:- Minimum 8 years of experience- Experience in Compliance, Vendor Audit, Risk and Control, Quality Control, Process Audit- Previous experience as a Customer Solutions Officer is preferred- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity- Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)- Attentive to detail and possesses high analytical skills- Working knowledge of specialized products, processes, systems & servicesEducation:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceShift:- Night Shift / NAM ShiftPlease note that this job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
