As a Backend Engineer at Groww, you will have the opportunity to work on highly maintainable and unit-tested software components/systems that address real-world problems. You will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of product/feature right from design, code, and deployment. Collaborating with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure quality at every level, from problem-solving to design, code, and bug fixes. In case of production issues, you will be required to unblock users on priority, troubleshoot, and fix production issues promptly.
