Role Overview:As a Contract & Supplier Management skilled at Standard Chartered, your primary responsibility will be to track and report all the Banks technology contracts and suppliers in collaboration with stakeholders. You will develop and manage relationships with strategic vendors delivering IT Professional services to the Bank, acting as the primary liaison between vendors and stakeholders to drive the best outcomes. Additionally, you will ensure effective management of vendors and contracts through proactive engagement, risk mitigation, and performance management in alignment with service levels and contractual terms.Key Responsibilities:- Track and report all technology contracts and suppliers- Develop and manage relationships with strategic vendors- Act as the primary liaison between vendors and stakeholders- Ensure effective management of vendors and contracts- Support business efficiency programs and cost-saving initiatives- Coordinate and execute programs to ensure proper documentation for high criticality contracts- Manage compliance to contract milestones- Collaborate with Global Category Managers for negotiation and extension of contracts- Monitor delivery of contractual obligations and resolve commercial disputes- Support delivery of contract management in governance meetings- Coordinate involvement of Supply Chain Management or legal counsel as directedQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field- 5 to 8 years of experience in Commercial, Finance, Sales, Procurement/Supply Chain, Contract Management, or IT project delivery- Excellent communicator in English,



both written and verbal- Experience in stakeholder management in a complex business environment- Strong logical thinking, details orientation, and well-organized mindset- High integrity, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations in a global team- Sound knowledge of technology sourcing and contracting methodology- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint- Risk awareness and Third-Party Risk management skillsPlease note that the job description does not include any additional details about the company.
