As an IT Project Intmd Analyst at our company, your role involves dealing with problems independently and utilizing your specialty area knowledge to contribute to project development. You will collaborate with project staff and clients, develop requirement documentation, and communicate project status effectively. Your analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools will be essential in evaluating business processes and industry standards. Additionally, your ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information will have a direct impact on the quality of work provided by yourself and your team.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate in the development of project business and system requirements- Develop requirement documentation- Communicate effectively with project staff and clients regarding project status- Utilize project management tools to support project managers- Contribute to process improvement efforts- Evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards- Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information- Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions based on technical experience and precedents- Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisionsQualifications:- 2 4 years of adequate work experience- Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Analytical and data handling skills (including Reporting, BI Tools, Tableau, SQL, Excel), Financial concepts knowledge especially towards investments and expenditure management, Experience driving efficiencies through process review and improvement, Proficiency in English, Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, Ability to transform data into information, Ability to learn fast and explore new tools, Strong performer with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams,
