Role Overview:As a Manager Finance Systems Operations at HSBC, your role will involve understanding the Regulatory Reporting framework, ensuring robust production environments, and providing support for system operations. You will be responsible for tasks during Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end close, interpreting data calculations, and maintaining process manuals and Standard Operating Processes. Collaboration with the IT & Change team, coordinating controls, and suggesting best practices for process standardization will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on automation tools, demonstrate HSBC Values, and act as a subject matter expert for processes and project deliverables.
