As a Human Resources professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR goals and objectives that are in line with the overall organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include creating a positive work environment, enhancing employee productivity through policies, managing performance and talent, and fostering an creative organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive manpower plan considering various factors like hospital bed size, staff-patient ratio, and market benchmarks.- Set turnaround time for positions, review critical vacancies, design effective interview processes, and update related MISs.- Develop induction, orientation, and training plans for employees, including safety training. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads for functional training.- Manage performance by implementing assessment tools, identifying high performers, and facilitating career development plans.- Implement HR policies related to recruitment, training, compensation, and performance appraisals. Lead HR initiatives for employee engagement and industrial relations.- Provide guidance and mentorship to HR heads and the team, demonstrating thought leadership in HR matters.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
