As a Corporate Audit Operations and Reporting Analyst, Officer at State Street, you will play a crucial role in generating reporting for various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:- Combining and analyzing multiple data sets using tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for management reporting.- Preparing and coordinating presentations for Legal Entity Board, Audit Committee, branch management, and clients.- Consolidating, tracking, and monitoring corrective action items for all business lines across State Street Corporation.- Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate data reflection in Corporate Audits reporting to Boards and Committees.- Tracking and updating regulatory action items from exams and providing status requests.- Completing Ad Hoc reporting requests based on various reporting requirements.- Assisting the audit team in providing information for regulatory, management, and client requests.To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments for accurate data reporting.- Strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills.- Proficiency in project management and influencing cross-functionally.- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.Qualifications required for this role:- Advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization skills, with experience in Tableau/Power BI.- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics,
