A Senior Executive Air Freight (Export & Import)manages end-to-end air cargo operations, handling inquiries, pricing, documentation (MAWB, HAWB), compliance with customs/airline rules, coordinating with carriers/agents/clients, and ensuring timely, cost-effective shipment, focusing on both export and import cycles for global logistics. Key responsibilities include rate negotiation, issue resolution, KPI management, and maintaining solid stakeholder relations for smooth supply chain flow.Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all air freight export/import shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal sales, operations teams, airlines, and overseas agents.




- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify critical documents (MAWB, HAWB, Packing List, Invoice) and ensure adherence to DGFT, IATA, and customs regulations.
- Rate Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate rates with carriers and provide competitive pricing for clients, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor shipment status, provide proactive updates, and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
