You will be responsible for overseeing the newly established relationship with a major global Investment Manager. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and managing the strategy and workflow of the group, with a strong focus on Financial and Regulatory Reporting. Additionally, you will be overseeing Fund Accounting and associated functions such as Treasury, Bridge, Proof, and Audit. It is expected that you will spend a significant amount of time in NCR and show a strong focus on business integration and platform migration.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of different functions across two or more locations.- Work with local and global management to ensure a smooth integration of operations into the SS environment, while mitigating risks on the existing process pre-migration.- Perform technical reviews of various financial statements in accordance with relevant GAAP and regulatory requirements.- Set individual and team targets and priorities, maintain high standards of service, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback on individual and team performance.- Ensure timely and accurate production of financial statements and related regulatory filings for each client relationship.- Maintain positive relationships with clients and State Street coworkers.- Oversee the effective coordination of activities with other departments.- Evaluate staffing needs while continually striving for greater efficiencies.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- 15 years of experience in Financial services, with 10 years of supervisory experience.- Prior Fund Accounting and/or Financial Reporting experience preferred.- Experience in recruitment, retention,
