KEY TASKS:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of US Candidate Counsellor to meet performance targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Overseeing the consulting process of the team and the strategic direction of the process.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex recruitment issues and candidate cases.




- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Managing and motivating the team.
