The purpose of Head Maintenance and Technical is to ensure KPI's for reliability maintenance operations for Mechanical, E&I;, Engineering Stores is achieved as per defined standards.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
- Lead the team of Managers / resources in Plant maintenance team – Mechanical, E&I;, Engineering Stores & Civil
- Plan and improve the maintenance efficiency by work order flow management – CMMS
- Run reliability improvement program with continuous focus and working on key maintenance KPI’s like MTTR / MTBF / Emergency rate
- Oversee technical maintenance requirement of non-manufacturing areas as per the requirement of support functions
- Over seeing planned maintenance of all plant and machinery to ensure reliable operation with optimum cost
- Ensure availability of Electricity, steam and other Utility service for un interrupted plant
