About the Role

You’ll own and drive design for both user-facing and platform-facing journeys, focusing on scientist & supplier personas. Your work will include ideation, research, interaction design, prototyping, and hand-off to engineering — ensuring every touchpoint is usable, efficient, scalable,



and aligned with business goals. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data / AI teams, and Operations to build experiences that delight users while enabling enterprise-scale workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery, prototyping, interface design, through final hand-off, across scientist-facing and supplier-facing workflows.
- Translate user research, business goals, and analytics into intuitive, scalable design solutions for complex scenarios (e.g. search & discovery, dashboards, supplier order flows).
- Design interaction flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for both Web product features and internal / platform tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, AI / Data teams and Operations to ensure feasibility and alignment while pushing for high usability and excellence.
