Job Description:

R&D; Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs
- Develop new products from concept to commercialization
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of recent product ideas.
- Improve existing products through continuous research and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Technical Servicing to Customer
- Trouble shooting in plants & at customer’s end.
- Process development & improvement,
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources.
- Testing & Analysis of film properties (handling of equipment like DSC, FTIR, XRD,



Dielectric spectroscopy); Coordinate and participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards / customer requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on R&D; activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Fresher : Qualification: Min. M.Tech in Plastic Technology / Polymer Technology
- Experienced (Min. 3-4 yrs) :

Qualification: Min. M.Tech in Plastic Technology /

Polymer Technology

Ph.D. in Plastic Technology / Polymer Technology preferred.

Experience: Good knowledge and experiences in analyzing equipment like FTIR, GPC/HPLC,DSC, TGA, SEM etc and also other testing equipment.

Experience in new product development from concept to commercialization

Persons having patents / publications are preferred.
