About the role:
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader to join Zamp as a AI Solution Manager (ASM) / General Manager (GM), owning Enterprise customers end-to-end with full P&L; responsibility. You'll be accountable for revenue targets, customer success,



and operational excellence - essentially running your own business within Zamp. This role is for someone who wants to build, not just manage; who obsesses over customers and outcomes, not activity.

This role carries real accountability - you will make tradeoffs, own decisions, and be measured on outcomes. You will operate within a pod-based model, where each pod consists of 5-6 members is overseen by a GM.

You'll work closely with the founding team while having significant autonomy to make decisions, hire your team, and chart the path to hitting your numbers. If you've wanted to run a business but with the backing of a well-funded, rapid-growing company - this is it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own a P&L; with clear revenue or contract targets - you are the CEO of your pod.
- Drive exceptional customer experience across the full lifecycle - from initial pitch through implementation to ongoing success and renewals
