Job Description Summary
As a Staff Technical Project Manager , You'll be Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of CSO (Customer Satisfaction Opportunities), Investigations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Lifecycle projects and complying to the IB Metrics for ICAR (Invasive Cardiology) global team. This position is needed to actively collaborate with ICAR Engineering Staff, GEHC (GE HealthCare) Engineering teams, Product Quality & Regulatory Leaders, CHU (Complaint Handling Unit) team. You'll also work with technical team internal and external , to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Ensures project management practices are followed and improved as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in resolving customer inputs/escalations - Including but not limited to CSO, Investigations, CAPAs, PCR365 (Product Complaint Rate), lifecycle projects are meeting the ICAR requirements.
- Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
- Manage project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the life of CSO, Investigations, CAPA, PCR365, lifecycle projects.
