We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and develop high-performance applications. The role involves working on CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems, leading teams, and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of C/C++ applications
- Design and maintain CAD/geometry-heavy systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Collaborate with product and business teams
- Ensure high-quality coding, reviews, and best practices
- Improve system performance and scalability
- Modernize legacy code and reduce technical debt
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–16 years of experience in C/C++ development
- Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems
- Minimum 3+ years in Technical/Lead role
- Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and debugging
- Experience with Firebird & SQL Server (mandatory)
- Experience working on Cloud VDI / OCI environments
- Strong experience in legacy code modernization
Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio
- Exposure to C#, ASP.NET / Web technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience in engineering-focused applications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
