Job Description
The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of marine construction projects, ensuring technical excellence, financial control, and client satisfaction. The role involves supporting the Resident Engineer/Team Leader in resolving project challenges, providing leadership to the construction team, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing marine construction projects, particularly jetties, and possess a deep understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and quality assurance.
- Assisting and supporting Resident Engineer/Team Leader in resolving project issues.
- Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
- Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
