Overview
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in the organization by bridging the gap between the business and technology. They are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Assist in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.




- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate it for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
