- Experience in Sales order documentation : minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial sales (Mechanical parts/ products)
- Well versed in business communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Engineering drawing is a must.
Detailed Work Profile:
- Co-ordinating directly with customer on their requirements (existing / new) – Telephonic
- Knowledge in preparing Sales documentations,
such as Quotations, Proforma invoice, Sales order, Work Order, payment vouchers etc
- Follow up with production team for on time delivery & Follow up with QC for ensuring good quality products
- Co-ordinate with logistics for Dispatch & maintaining dispatch execution sheet.
- Telephonic follow up with customers for payment on outstanding.
- Respond to customer complaints & maintaining complaining resolution data
- Generate reports for Sales data , Sales forecast, recent orders in pipeline.
