About the team
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) team plays a crucial role in the organization by performing budgeting, forecasting and analysis that supports major corporate decisions of the Senior Management.
What you will be doing
This position will be responsible for processing all assigned tasks, including, but not limited to:
• Preparation of monthly variance analysis and preliminary forecast for all Labor and non- Labor (Opex) related costs based on employees, project data, trends, and input from business unit finance leaders.
• Significant direct and indirect interaction with business unit finance leaders to understand business developments and changes that may affect costs and expenses.
• As part of the Labor planning process, follow-up with various Dept Heads /hiring managers for Open, Filled and Terminated positions. Primary source data - WD reports.
• Review open positions and update the same in Workforce along with
